The Role

We are looking for a proactive Junior HSE Officer to support our Health, Safety, and Environmental management on a data center construction project in Vantaa.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about safety and sustainability in construction and wants to develop hands-on experience in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the site team in implementing and maintaining HSE procedures and standards
• Participate in site inspections and safety walks, identifying potential risks and reporting findings
• Assist with HSE documentation, training coordination, and compliance reporting
• Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the project
• Liaise with contractors and partners to ensure best HSE practices are followed

What We're Looking For

• Degree in occupational safety, environmental engineering, construction, or a related field
• Interest in building a career in Health, Safety & Environment within the data center construction sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn
• Very good command of English (both written and spoken); Finnish is an advantage
