Logistics Manager – Norway

CTS Nordics is growing, and we are now looking for a structured and hands-on Logistics Manager to support our data center construction projects in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations by managing logistics, material flow, access control, and room readiness — all crucial to keeping the project on track.

You will work closely with site management, subcontractors, and commissioning teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all site logistics activities.

What you will do

• Manage daily site logistics including deliveries, storage areas, waste handling, and internal access routes

• Ensure clear access to work fronts and proper zoning of site areas

• Coordinate snagging activities across CSA and MEP disciplines

• Verify room readiness before installations and system handovers

• Work closely with subcontractors, quality, HSE, and commissioning teams

• Maintain a strong on-site presence, ensuring cleanliness, structure, and discipline

Who we are looking for

• You have experience from construction sites, preferably industrial or data center projects

• You understand how logistics, sequencing, and access planning impact site progress

• You are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and resolving issues quickly

• You are structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused

• You communicate well in English (spoken and written)

Your background

• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or similar

• 5+ years of relevant on-site experience

• Experience with logistics coordination, room readiness, or snagging is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with digital site tools is a plus
