Role Overview
The Cost Controller monitors, analyzes, and reports on project financial performance. You ensure accurate cost tracking, invoice validation, and support for contract variations in a fast-paced data center construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor project costs, BOQs, and POs.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Support contract change management and supplier settlements.
Maintain accurate financial documentation.
Collaborate with project and finance teams to ensure budget compliance.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (or recent graduate).
Interest in construction, design & build, or data center projects.
Strong Excel and analytical skills.
Understanding of BOQ and cost control principles.
English proficiency.
Soft Skills
Highly organized and detail-focused.
Analytical and solution-oriented.
Proactive communicator.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
