Role Overview
The Junior Manager supports project cost control and contract administration in a design and build data center environment. This role is ideal for a motivated, forward-leaning professional eager to learn and grow within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project costs, budgets, and BOQs.

• Assist with contracts, subcontracts, and POs.

• Support financial reporting and variance tracking.

• Collaborate with project teams to align financial and technical goals.

• Contribute to procurement and vendor coordination.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Finance, Business, or Engineering.

• Interest in construction, data centers, or design & build projects.

• Basic knowledge of cost control and contracts.

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

• English proficiency.
