Role Overview
The Commercial Financial Project Responsible ensures the financial and commercial health of large-scale data center projects. You will manage budgets, contracts, and risks, providing accurate cost control, reporting, and forecasting while collaborating closely with project teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project budgets, CapEx, and cash flow; implement cost-control measures.

  • Manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; track BOQs.

  • Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks.

  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders on commercial decisions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years in construction or data center projects.

  • Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and BOQ management.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project financial tools.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
