Site Manager Mechanical
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager Mechanical to oversee all mechanical works on our construction projects. You will ensure that installations meet design, quality, and safety standards, coordinate subcontractors and site teams, track progress, resolve technical issues, and support successful commissioning and handover of mechanical systems.
What You’ll Do
You will lead mechanical works on-site, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards. You will coordinate and supervise subcontractors, monitor progress and quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high safety standards. You will also support commissioning and handover activities, ensuring mechanical systems are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems
Leading and coordinating mechanical subcontractors and site teams
Conducting inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Troubleshooting mechanical issues during construction and commissioning
Ensuring all mechanical works comply with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices
Supporting commissioning, inspections, and handover of mechanical systems
Monitoring progress, performance, and costs for mechanical scope
Who We’re Looking For
You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have 5+ years of experience in mechanical management, preferably on large-scale construction projects. You have strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and are familiar with local building codes and safety standards. You are a confident leader with excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills, able to prioritize and perform under pressure.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in mechanical management on large-scale projects
Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations
Proficiency in project management and construction software
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Detail-oriented and able to manage priorities under pressure
