Planner

We are looking for a Planner to support project scheduling for construction and engineering projects in Norway. You will help maintain project timelines, track progress, and provide clear updates to project teams, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do

You will assist in creating and updating project schedules, monitor daily progress, and support reporting to project leads. You will help identify delays, coordinate with teams, and ensure that tasks are properly tracked.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in developing and updating project schedules

• Tracking progress against plans and reporting deviations

• Supporting coordination between project teams

• Updating planning tools and maintaining logs

• Helping identify risks to timelines and reporting them

• Preparing regular progress updates for project leads

Who We’re Looking For

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. You have experience supporting project planning in construction or engineering projects, are detail-oriented, organized, and can work well under guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic understanding of project scheduling and construction workflows

• Familiarity with planning tools and MS Office Suite

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines

• Fluency in English, written and spoken

Experience Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience supporting project planning in construction or engineering
