Site Manager – White Space

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of white space construction works for data center projects. You will ensure safe, high-quality installation, coordination across teams, and seamless handover of critical spaces in line with project schedules.

What You’ll Do

You will lead white space construction teams, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and specialist teams. You will ensure that all works in server halls, support areas, and IT spaces are delivered on time, fully compliant, and ready for commissioning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage daily white space construction activities and resources

• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to meet schedule milestones

• Ensure works comply with IFC drawings, specifications, and approved methods

• Plan and sequence works to support commissioning readiness

• Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and documentation for white space works

• Enforce site HSE policies and ensure full compliance by all teams

• Report progress, risks, and issues to project management and stakeholders

• Support handover and commissioning of critical spaces

Who We’re Looking For

You have a degree or trade background in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. You have proven experience managing white space or critical facility construction, with a strong ability to coordinate teams, manage multiple subcontractors, and ensure delivery to tight schedules and high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of white space construction, including flooring, ceilings, and environmental controls

• Familiarity with commissioning requirements for data centers

• Proficiency in project management and construction coordination tools

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in data center or mission-critical construction

• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams

• Strong background in high-quality, safety-focused project delivery
