We are seeking an experienced CSA Lead to take full responsibility for the delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on a large-scale data center construction project. The CSA Lead is a key member of the project leadership team and is accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance of the CSA scope from early works through handover.

The role leads and coordinates a dedicated CSA team and works closely with MEP, Commissioning, Commercial, and HSE functions.

Key Responsibilities

• CSA Scope Leadership. Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of all CSA works; ensure CSA activities align with project schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements; act as the main point of contact for CSA matters with Project Management and the Client.

• Team Leadership & Coordination. Lead, manage, and support the CSA delivery team; set clear objectives, responsibilities, and performance expectations; ensure effective coordination between CSA sub-disciplines and other project functions.

• Planning & Interface Management. Oversee CSA construction planning, sequencing, and phasing; manage interfaces between CSA, MEP, logistics, commissioning, and client works; resolve constructability, access, and sequencing challenges on a live site.

• Safety, Quality & Compliance. Ensure CSA works are executed in full compliance with HSE requirements, permit, and regulations; drive a strong safety culture within the CSA organization and subcontractors; ensure quality standards are met through inspections, ITPs, and snag management.

• Commercial & Change Management. Support the Commercial team with CSA-related cost control, variations, and risk management; ensure subcontractor scopes, deliverables, and change impacts are clearly defined and managed.

• Handover & Close-Out. Oversee CSA handover strategy in coordination with the CSA Handover Engineer; ensure documentation, inspections, punch lists, and as-built information are completed; support phased and final handover to commissioning and client teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 10+ years' experience in CSA delivery on large construction projects

• Proven experience in a CSA Lead / Senior CSA Manager role, preferably on data center, industrial, or mission-critical projects

• Strong understanding of civil works, structures, architectural fit-out, and underground services

• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary site teams

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Fluent English required; Finnish language skills are an advantage
