Finance Manager
CTS Nordics Oy is the Finnish subsidiary of CTS Group, one of Europe’s leading design and build contractors specialising in high-tech data centres. Finnish operations generated approximately €200 million in revenue in 2025 and continue to expand in step with demand in the digital infrastructure sector.
About the role
We seek an experienced Finance Manager or Country Controller to assume full ownership of the finance function for our lean Finnish subsidiary. The team numbers around ten professionals. Accounting is outsourced to a trusted external partner. The role therefore centres on quality control, insightful analysis, strong governance and strategic support to the business.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary financial leader in Finland. Close cooperation with construction site cost controllers, local management and group finance teams across the Nordics and internationally will be required. The position is hands-on yet strategic. It sits at the centre of the company’s growth plans in the region.
Your main responsibilities
Take full ownership of the subsidiary’s financial management, including oversight of all reporting and controls.
Coordinate and quality-assure the work of the external accounting partner to maintain high standards.
Manage accurate and timely customer invoicing together with monthly, quarterly and annual closings, statutory financial statements and group reporting.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and deliver regular performance analysis supported by clear commentary for management.
Monitor cash flow and liquidity in close collaboration with group treasury.
Oversee tax compliance, including corporate tax and VAT matters in the Finnish context.
Deliver financial analysis, decision support and commercial insights to local management.
Identify and drive improvements in finance processes, systems and reporting tools.
What we expect from you
University degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
Minimum five years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or controlling roles.
Solid knowledge of Finnish accounting standards and tax legislation, plus practical experience with group reporting in an international environment.
Proven experience working with external accounting partners or shared service centres.
Strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency and good knowledge of Power BI together with modern finance or ERP systems.
Ability to work independently, take ownership and communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
Fluent Finnish and a strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Experience in project-based businesses (for example data centres, construction, telecom, real estate or infrastructure projects) would be advantageous.
