Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee site logistics on a large construction project in Norway. You will ensure efficient material flow, site access, storage, and waste management while supporting safe and smooth site operations.

What You’ll Do

You will manage daily site logistics including deliveries, laydown areas, internal transport routes, and material flow. You will coordinate site access and workfront availability, ensure site cleanliness, and support smooth execution of construction activities. You will also lead snagging coordination within CSA and MEP scopes, track and close defects with subcontractors, and ensure room readiness for installation and handover. A strong on-site presence is required to support coordination with construction, QA, HSE, and commissioning teams.

Requirements

5+ years of construction site experience
Experience in logistics coordination, site operations, or similar roles
Background from industrial projects such as data centers or infrastructure is an advantage
Understanding of construction workflows and site coordination
Experience with snagging or field tools is beneficial
Good MS Office skills (Excel, Teams)
Fluent English
