About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our project in Kvandal, Norway. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their commercial or construction career who wants to gain hands-on experience on a large-scale and fast-paced data center project.

You will work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and site teams, supporting commercial and contractual activities across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team with cost control and subcontract administration

• Assist with procurement processes and subcontract documentation

• Prepare quantity take-offs and support budget tracking

• Assist with variation management and commercial reporting

• Maintain commercial records, forecasts, and project documentation

• Support communication with subcontractors and internal stakeholders

• Help ensure compliance with project procedures and contractual requirements

• Assist with invoice reviews and commercial follow-up

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant education within Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or similar

• 1–3 years of relevant experience is an advantage, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Good understanding of Excel and general IT systems

• Ability to work in a structured and proactive manner

• Fluent English required; Scandinavian language skills are an advantage

• Valid Norwegian or EU work permit
