We are a fast-growing general contractor specializing in complex data center construction projects across Finland. Our projects demand the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. To support our continued growth, we are now looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join our Helsinki office.

The Role

As our Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations and projects adhere to Finnish regulations and industry standards. This is a strategic, office-based role with a strong focus on developing, implementing, and improving compliance processes across the organization.

You will work closely with project teams, management, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's compliance framework, policies, and procedures

• Ensure adherence to Finnish construction regulations and industry requirements

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business

• Support project teams with compliance-related guidance and best practices

• Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews

• Drive process improvements and standardization across projects

• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters

• Liaise with authorities and external stakeholders when needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in compliance, preferably within construction

• Strong understanding of Finnish regulatory requirements in construction

• Experience in developing and implementing compliance processes and systems

• Practical, solution-oriented mindset

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)

• Based in or able to work from Helsinki

• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
