HSE Assurance Officer (Data Centre)
CTS Group is currently recruiting an experienced HSE Assurance Officer to join our growing team supporting hyperscale Data Centre projects across Europe from our Dublin office.

The Role
Reporting to the HSE Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting HSE governance, assurance and performance across a portfolio of Data Centre projects throughout Europe.
This is a dynamic role where you will work closely with project teams and senior HSE leaders to ensure the consistent implementation of CTS HSE standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor project performance and provide assurance that projects are operating in line with company procedures and industry best practice.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or a related discipline
NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, ISO 45001 or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an HSE assurance, governance, auditing or site-based Health & Safety role within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments
Previous experience supporting HSE governance, assurance, auditing or continuous improvement programmes
Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, compliance, auditing and performance reporting
Experience reviewing risk assessments, permits to work, inspections, audits and incident investigations
Experience supporting HSE performance reporting, KPI analysis and digital HSE management systems
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
Ability to coach and support project HSE teams while promoting best practice
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, HammerTech, ACC and digital HSE reporting systems
Fluent English essential
Previous Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage
Willingness to travel across Europe as required
