Bids Manager (Data Centres)

CTS Group is currently recruiting an experienced Bids Manager to join our growing team supporting hyperscale Data Centre projects from our Dublin office.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Bids, you will lead the preparation, coordination and submission of high-quality bid proposals for major Data Centre projects across Europe and beyond.

This is a collaborative role where you will work closely with estimating, commercial, technical, engineering and operational teams to develop compelling, compliant and competitive submissions. You will manage the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring proposals are delivered on time, aligned with client requirements and reflective of CTS Group's commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years' experience in bid management within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments

• Previous experience delivering successful bids for large-scale construction projects

• Previous Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, tender processes and commercial principles

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary bid teams and managing multiple tender submissions simultaneously

• Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify project risks, opportunities and value propositions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and bid management software

• Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills

• Fluent English essential
