About the Role
We are hiring Mechanical Engineers at Junior, Senior, and Lead levels to join our engineering team in Porto, supporting the design and delivery of large-scale Data Centre and mission-critical projects.
You will work on complex multidisciplinary projects involving HVAC, cooling systems, piping, pumps, machinery, and thermal systems, collaborating with international engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems including HVAC, cooling, piping, pumps, and thermal systems.
Prepare and validate mechanical calculations, schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
Coordinate mechanical designs with Electrical, Structural, Civil, and other disciplines.
Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, ASHRAE, and applicable local standards.
Participate in design reviews, technical coordination, and risk assessments.
Support project delivery, technical documentation, and client coordination.
For Senior/Lead roles: mentor engineers, lead design activities, manage project deliverables, and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
Junior: 3–5 years of mechanical design experience.
Senior: 5–10 years of mechanical design experience with strong experience in large-scale projects.
Lead: 10+ years of mechanical design experience with proven team leadership and project ownership.
All levels:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling, piping, pumps, and thermal systems.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar design software.
Knowledge of ASME, ISO, and ASHRAE standards.
Experience in Data Centres, industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or other complex projects is highly desirable.
Strong English communication skills.
