Maintain Tagetik procedures, user documentation and training materials.
Act as the first point of contact for entity users and coordinate with the external implementation partner on more complex system matters.
Support continuous improvement and further development of the Tagetik environment as Group reporting requirements evolve.
Intercompany Coordination
Coordinate the monthly intercompany reconciliation process across the Group.

What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means CTS has a reliable, timely and increasingly scalable Group consolidation process, supported by a well-managed CCH Tagetik environment and clear ownership across all reporting entities.
Group Finance has consistent visibility over entity submissions and intercompany positions; issues are identified and resolved quickly; local finance teams understand the processes and tools they are expected to use; and reporting quality continues to improve as the Group grows.
Beyond running the monthly process, the role will help create the systems, procedures and financial reporting discipline required to support CTS's continued international expansion.
Why Join CTS
CTS offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing international Group at a point where its Finance organization and systems are being actively built and transformed.
Rather than inheriting established processes, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape how Group consolidation operates, become the operational owner of a newly implemented CCH Tagetik environment and work closely with Group Finance leadership and finance teams across multiple countries.
The role offers significant autonomy, exposure and learning opportunities within a pragmatic, entrepreneurial environment where ownership, curiosity and initiative are valued.
