What You'll Do
You will lead the civil engineering team, develop and review civil and structural designs, drive coordination with other disciplines, and ensure all civil works meet specification, quality, and program. You will act as the technical authority for civil scope from design through construction.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead civil and structural design and engineering for large-scale projects
• Develop and review foundations, structures, drainage, roads, and site works designs
• Set civil design standards, specifications, and technical basis of design
• Coordinate civil scope with structural, MEP, and architectural teams
• Review vendor submittals, shop drawings, and structural calculations
• Support constructability, value engineering, and design optimization
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and QA/QC processes
• Guide and mentor civil engineers and designers
Who We're Looking For
You have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and proven experience leading civil design and delivery on large-scale construction projects. You combine strong technical expertise with leadership and coordination skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural design and analysis
• Proficiency in civil / structural design and calculation tools
• Solid understanding of codes, standards, and QA/QC processes
• Experience with data center / mission-critical or industrial facilities is an advantage
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience Requirements
• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Civil Engineer on large-scale projects
• Background in industrial, mission-critical, or high-tech facilities
• Experience leading design teams and coordinating with multiple disciplines
