What You'll Do
You will lead the architectural team, develop and review concepts and detailed designs, drive coordination with engineering disciplines, and ensure architectural works meet specification, code, and program. You will act as the design authority balancing form, function, and buildability.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design
• Develop layouts, elevations, finishes, and building envelope solutions
• Set architectural design standards, specifications, and design intent
• Coordinate architectural scope with civil, MEP, and LC teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes, authority requirements, and accessibility standards
• Review vendor submittals, shop drawings, and material selections
• Support constructability, value engineering, and design optimization
• Guide and mentor architects and designers
Who We're Looking For
You have a degree in Architecture and proven experience leading architectural design and delivery on large-scale, complex projects. You combine strong design capability with technical rigor and coordination skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong architectural design and detailing capability
• Proficiency in BIM / architectural design tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
• Solid understanding of building codes, authority approvals, and QA/QC
• Experience with industrial, mission-critical, or data center facilities is an advantage
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience Requirements
• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Architect on large-scale projects
• Background in industrial, mission-critical, or high-tech facilities
• Experience leading design teams and coordinating with engineering disciplines
