What You'll Do

You will lead bid strategy and preparation, manage supplier and subcontractor sourcing and negotiation, and ensure procurement supports project cost, quality, and schedule. You will work closely with commercial, engineering, and project teams to turn opportunities into won, deliverable contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the end-to-end bid process: strategy, planning, preparation, and submission

• Develop competitive, compliant proposals aligned with client requirements

• Drive supplier and subcontractor sourcing, prequalification, and evaluation

• Lead negotiations on price, terms, and conditions to secure the best value

• Build and manage the procurement pipeline and supplier relationships

• Coordinate cost inputs with estimating, engineering, and project teams

• Manage bid governance, approvals, risk review, and win strategy

• Ensure procurement compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements

Who We're Looking For

You have a degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related field, with strong experience leading bids and procurement on large-scale construction or industrial projects. You are a sharp negotiator and commercial strategist.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of bidding, tendering, and procurement processes

• Excellent negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills

• Solid understanding of construction cost structures and supply chains

• Experience with data center / mission-critical projects is an advantage

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in bidding and procurement management on large-scale projects

• Track record of winning competitive bids and securing favorable terms

• Experience managing supplier and subcontractor networks
