Key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain: procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics

• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier selection and performance

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and framework agreements to optimize total cost

• Plan and control inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, and customs clearance

• Manage inventory levels, warehousing, and material availability against demand

• Coordinate with projects, production, and engineering to align supply with schedule

• Track and improve supply chain KPIs (cost, lead time, OTIF, stock accuracy)

• Ensure compliance with procurement policy, HSE, and regulatory requirements

Who We're Looking For

You have a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience leading supply chain and procurement in construction, manufacturing, or project environments. You are a strong planner and negotiator who thrives on efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management

• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills

• Familiarity with ERP / supply chain systems and KPI-based management

• Knowledge of import/export and customs processes is an advantage

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics Manager

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based supply chains

• Track record of reducing cost and improving reliability and lead times
