The Opportunity

We're hiring Mechanical Engineers at three levels to design, coordinate and deliver cooling systems and mechanical packages for mission-critical data center facilities.

What You'll Work On (all levels)

Designing cooling system components and mechanical packages from concept through IFC and as-built stages

Selecting, sizing and integrating cooling equipment such as chillers, CRAHs, CDUs, pumps and heat rejection systems

Making sure designs comply with codes, standards and client technical requirements

Coordinating with electrical, structural, architectural and special package teams

Supporting fast-track delivery, constructability reviews, commissioning and handover

Answering RFIs and supporting site teams during construction

What We're Looking For (all levels)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering

Experience in mission-critical or industrial environments

Knowledge of critical cooling systems (CRAH/CRAC, chillers, liquid cooling, heat exchangers, pumps) and HVAC design for mission-critical cooling

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Understanding of redundancy concepts (N+1, 2N), resilience and uptime requirements

Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform in fast-paced, high-complexity environments

🔹 Junior Mechanical Engineer (3–5 years)

Supports design, documentation and coordination under the guidance of senior engineers

Prepares drawings and design packages for senior review and sign-off

Has a basic understanding of high-density and liquid-cooled data center environments

Is eager to learn and grow in the data center sector

🔹 Intermediate Mechanical Engineer (5–10 years)

Delivers designs with limited oversight and a moderate degree of independence

Leads equipment selection and sizing, and coordinates directly with other disciplines

Reviews and prepares mechanical design packages within their assigned scope

Has working experience with DCIM tools and interface coordination

🔹 Senior Mechanical Engineer (10+ years)

Owns end-to-end design and provides technical leadership across multiple projects

Resolves complex compliance issues, handles complex RFIs and drives risk mitigation

Finalizes and releases mechanical design packages

Mentors junior and intermediate engineers

Has deep expertise in mission-critical cooling, advanced DCIM experience and strong stakeholder management skills
