We are looking for an experienced Procurement Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain Operations team and ensure that procurement activities are fully integrated into our project schedules. In this role, you will connect procurement tracker logic with the Primavera P6 Level 3/4 master schedule, manage long-lead item planning and early-warning activities, and support the integration of procurement and material data with our BIMMS roadmap.

You will work closely with Procurement, Planning, and Engineering teams to ensure that procurement milestones are accurately reflected in the master schedule and that potential schedule risks are identified early. The role is particularly important in preventing procurement activities from being tracked separately from the overall project schedule.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for integrating procurement planning into the overall project scheduling process. You will ensure that critical procurement milestones and long-lead items are logically linked to the master schedule, enabling the project team to identify potential schedule conflicts and risks at an early stage.

You will also work closely with the Planning function to ensure that Procurement Ready and IFC Ready remain clearly defined and correctly governed as separate project gates.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Integrating the procurement tracker with the Primavera P6 Level 3 master schedule, ensuring that long-lead items are logic-linked rather than tracked separately.

• Planning and monitoring long-lead items and identifying emerging schedule risks through early-warning analysis.

• Flagging potential procurement-related schedule risks to Category Managers, Purchasing Directors, and the Control Tower.

• Coordinating with the Planning function to maintain clear and correctly governed Procurement Ready and IFC Ready gates.

• Supporting cross-functional coordination between Procurement, Planning, and Engineering.

• Ensuring that critical procurement milestones are accurately reflected in the project schedule.

• Supporting the integration of procurement planning with BIMMS and material master data development.

Who We’re Looking For

You have hands-on experience in procurement and/or project planning, with a strong understanding of how procurement activities and long-lead items affect project schedules. You are comfortable working with detailed scheduling data and understand the importance of linking procurement logic directly to the overall project programme.

You are systematic, detail-oriented, and able to identify potential schedule conflicts before they become critical issues. You enjoy working across functions and can effectively coordinate between Procurement, Planning, and Engineering teams.

You have a clear understanding of the difference between Procurement Ready and IFC Ready and why keeping these gates separate is important for effective project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, project planning, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, ideally including the integration of procurement and long-lead-item logic into a master schedule

• Understanding of long-lead item planning, particularly for construction and MEP equipment

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction Project Management, or a related field

• Strong understanding of project scheduling and procurement processes

• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills

• Systematic and detail-oriented approach to planning and data

• Experience with BIM/BIMMS-integrated material master data structures is considered an advantage

• Experience in data center or large-scale industrial project planning is considered an advantage

• Fluent in English
