Senior Performance & Executive Reporting Manager
Shape Group-wide performance management, turn complex data into clear executive decisions, and drive measurable improvements across an international, fast-growing business. Work in Group CEO's office.
Function: CEO Office
Location: Nyon, Switzerland
Scope: CTS Group companies, countries, business units and Group functions
Role overview
CTS Group is establishing a CEO Office to strengthen coordination, decision-making and execution as the business expands internationally. We are looking for a Senior Performance & Executive Reporting Manager to help build a consistent approach to performance management across the Group.
This role goes beyond producing reports. You will define how performance is measured and reviewed, identify where action is needed, and work with leaders to turn insights into improvements. You will help establish the processes and standards that support operational excellence across a growing, multi-country business.
Working as part of a two-person performance team within the CEO Office, you will coordinate closely with country and business leaders, Finance and other Group functions. The role combines the analytical rigour of management consulting with the opportunity to build a capability from within and see its impact over time.
Key responsibilities
Performance management
Design and implement a Group-wide performance management framework covering companies, countries, business units and functions.
Define meaningful financial and operational KPIs, with clear ownership, definitions and review processes.
Establish a consistent view of performance against plans, objectives and prior periods.
Analyse results to identify trends, underlying causes, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
Work with leaders to agree priorities, actions, owners and timelines, and track progress through to resolution.
Operational excellence and improvement
Partner with business and functional leaders to identify performance gaps and develop practical improvement initiatives.
Help establish effective management routines and share successful practices across the Group.
Challenge assumptions constructively and bring an independent, fact-based perspective to performance discussions.
Support leaders in translating Group priorities into measurable actions within their areas of responsibility.
Assess whether improvement initiatives are delivering the intended results and recommend adjustments where needed.
Executive reporting and decision support
Coordinate the weekly, monthly and quarterly performance cycle across the Group.
Develop concise executive materials that highlight the issues requiring decisions or intervention.
Bring together input from multiple teams, test its consistency and clarify the story behind the numbers.
Ensure performance reviews result in clear decisions, accountable owners and follow-up.
Improve reporting processes over time so that information is timely, reliable and useful to leadership.
Experience and qualifications
Experience in top-tier management consulting, strategy and operations, performance improvement, or a comparable role within a complex international business.
Strong track record of structuring ambiguous problems, analysing business performance and turning findings into practical recommendations.
Experience designing or improving KPIs, management reporting, operating routines or performance review processes.
Ability to work effectively with senior executives and operational leaders across different functions and countries.
Strong financial and operational understanding, with excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, data centres or another project-based industry is advantageous.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Skills and personal attributes
You combine analytical rigour with the judgement to focus on what will materially improve the business. You are comfortable working with incomplete information, asking difficult questions and making complex findings clear to senior stakeholders. You can build effective processes while remaining pragmatic about the realities of a fast-growing organisation.
You take ownership, follow through on actions and work well with both executive and operational teams. Above all, you are motivated by improving performance, not simply describing it.
What success looks like
CTS leaders have a clear, consistent view of performance across the Group. Reviews focus on the issues that matter, decisions translate into action, and improvement initiatives are tracked through to measurable results. The CEO Office becomes a reliable source of insight that helps the business execute its priorities as it grows.
