Role Overview
Create exceptional corporate presentations and executive communications for a large global data centre organisation. Translate complex business, financial and strategic information into clear narratives and professionally designed materials that help clients, and the Board of Directors understand the business and make informed decisions.
The role combines advanced PowerPoint and graphic design expertise with commercial judgement, financial literacy and the ability to work directly with senior leaders. Based in India, the successful candidate will support the CEO Office in Switzerland and deliver recurring and time-sensitive communications across the global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Executive presentations: Own the development of CEO, Board, lender, investor and client presentations from briefing and storyline through design, review and final delivery. Adapt the level of detail and emphasis to each audience and decision.
Business and strategy storytelling: Work with strategy, finance, commercial and operations teams to understand objectives, challenge unclear inputs and turn business plans, growth priorities, market analysis and investment cases into coherent executive narratives.
Financial communication: Translate financial results, forecasts, capital expenditure, cash flow, funding requirements and investment returns into accurate charts and concise messages. Reconcile figures with approved sources and validate financial interpretations with the finance team.
Presentation and graphic design: Build sophisticated, editable PowerPoint decks using strong typography, layout, charts, diagrams, infographics and appropriate imagery. Create reusable masters, templates and visual assets that maintain corporate brand consistency.
Recurring leadership support: Maintain company overview decks and support regular Board meetings, business reviews, strategy updates, investor and bank meetings, client proposals and leadership town halls. Produce executive summaries, briefing documents and other corporate communication materials as required.
Delivery and quality control: Manage parallel requests, agree priorities and deadlines, coordinate feedback and maintain version control. Check facts, calculations, units, chart labels, language, branding and presentation compatibility before release.
Required Skills and Experience
Relevant experience: Typically 8–12 years of relevant experience in executive presentations, corporate communications, strategy communications or presentation design, with substantial experience supporting a CEO Office, corporate strategy function or senior leadership in a large multinational organisation or comparable advisory setting.
Executive audience experience: A strong portfolio of Board, investor, lender and client materials, demonstrating ownership of both the storyline and visual execution. Experience working directly with senior executives and handling confidential business information is essential.
Business and financial understanding: Ability to interpret business models, strategic plans, financial statements and investment cases, including revenue, EBITDA, margins, cash flow, capital expenditure and returns. Recognise gaps or inconsistencies, ask informed questions and present supported conclusions.
PowerPoint mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including slide masters, templates, editable charts, diagrams, animation used with judgement, and reliable delivery for live meetings, screen sharing and PDF distribution.
Supporting tools: Strong Excel skills for working with data and charts, and proficiency in Word and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint. Expertise in relevant design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or Figma; ability to select the right tool for each output.
Communication and judgement: Excellent written and spoken English, precise editing skills and strong visual storytelling. Confidence to clarify a senior leader’s brief, recommend a better structure and balance competing stakeholder feedback with discretion and professionalism.
Education: A degree in design, visual communication, business, finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Additional business or finance training is advantageous.
Strategic presentation building: Ability to intelligently grasp the strategic aspects of a presentation and shape the storyline accordingly. Prior experience working with a CEO’s or Chairman’s office is essential.
Pitch decks: Proven experience building pitch decks for the Board, investors and customers.
Software, analytics and AI: Knowledge of multiple software platforms, business analytics tools and graphic design tools, along with working knowledge of AI and generative AI tools.
Preferred Background
Experience in data centres, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, real estate, energy or other capital-intensive businesses. Familiarity with capacity and utilisation, customer contracts, development pipelines, power availability, operating performance and sustainability metrics would be valuable. Experience with private equity-backed businesses, financing processes, M&A or international consulting is an advantage.
Working Expectations
Work from India with regular overlap with Switzerland business hours and flexibility around important Board, investor and client deadlines. Build effective relationships across geographies, manage a steady flow of requests and protect sensitive strategy, financial and transaction information. Use automation or AI tools only within company-approved policies and maintain human verification of all outputs.
