Job Description
We are looking for hands-on and driven CSA Supervisors to oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural works on major data centre construction projects in Sweden
As a CSA Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, monitoring site activities, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong site supervision experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment delivering complex projects.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day CSA construction activities on site.
Coordinate other trades and subcontractors and ensure works are delivered in accordance with project schedules and quality requirements.
Monitor productivity, workforce levels, and construction progress.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and proactively drive corrective actions.
Support project planning and short-term program delivery.
Assist with punch list management, snagging, and handover activities.
Report progress, risks, and site issues to CSA Lead.
Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
Attendance at weekly safety walks
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree, diploma, trade qualification, or equivalent practical experience in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.
Relevant site supervision certifications are advantageous
3-5 years' experience supervising CSA works on construction projects.
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
Previous experience in industrial or mission critical projects is highly desirable.
Experience of working in Sweden and the Nordics is an advantage
You preferable live in South West area of Sweden
Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Knowledge of health, safety, and quality requirements on construction sites.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site reporting tools.
Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Excellent attention to detail.
Fluent in English; Swedish language is advantageous.
