Electrical Package Manager – Kvandal

About the Role

CTS Nordics is looking for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join our team in Kvandal.

You will manage an assigned electrical work package, coordinating engineering, procurement, subcontractors and site activities to meet safety, quality, programme and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage package scope, deliverables and interfaces with other disciplines.

• Coordinate technical submissions, equipment deliveries and installation activities.

• Manage subcontractor progress, quality and resource requirements.

• Track package costs, changes, risks and programme milestones.

• Resolve technical queries with engineering, suppliers and site teams.

• Coordinate inspections, testing readiness and punch-list closure.

• Deliver complete documentation and inspected installations for handover.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience on large-scale construction projects.

• Experience managing electrical packages, subcontractors and site delivery.

• Strong knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage systems, containment, cabling and earthing.

• Experience in data centres, industrial, power or critical infrastructure projects.

• Strong coordination, communication and practical problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English; Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.
