HR Business Partner (HRBP) – HRM System Development Lead
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to strengthen our HR function and lead the development of our HRM system (Huma). You will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while driving digital transformation and process improvements across the organization.
This is a central role at our Oslo HQ, working closely with leadership, IT, Finance, and operational teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and future-oriented HR processes.
What You’ll Do
On a typical day, you will partner with business leaders to support organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management. You will lead the continued development and optimization of our HRM system (Huma), ensuring strong data quality, system adoption, and integration with payroll, recruitment, and performance processes.
You will analyze HR data, provide insights to management, and contribute to strengthening culture, engagement, and compliance across CTS Nordics.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with leaders to align HR strategies with business needs
Leading development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HRM system (Huma)
Identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization
Defining system requirements and collaborating with IT and stakeholders
Ensuring integration with payroll, recruitment, performance, and learning modules
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
Implementing and maintaining performance management frameworks
Ensuring compliance with Norwegian labor law and internal policies
Managing employee relations matters in collaboration with leadership
Developing HR dashboards and reports to support decision-making
Driving change management and promoting user adoption of HR systems
Maintaining accurate HR documentation and data integrity
Who We’re Looking For
You have relevant education in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. You have experience with HRM/HRIS systems and a strong interest in HR digitalization. Experience with Huma is an advantage.
You are structured, analytical, and business-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution. You build trust with stakeholders and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, along with solid knowledge of the Norwegian Working Environment Act, construction regulations, and holiday legislation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification or Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
Experience implementing or managing an HRM/HRIS system
Strong understanding of Norwegian labor law and compliance requirements
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with change management and organizational development
High integrity and ability to handle confidential matters
