Role Overview
The IMS Co-Ordinator & ISO Audit Lead will own and maintain the company Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The role will also lead the ISO internal audit programme and support HSE and IMS sections of tenders, PQQs and RFIs, while managing controlled documentation and IMS communications across the business.
Key Responsibilities
IMS Ownership & Governance
Own and maintain the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environmental, OH&S).
Control IMS documentation (procedures, forms, registers, templates and version control).
Maintain key registers (legal, risks, objectives, audits, training, NCRs and corrective actions).
Support Management Review and continuous improvement activities.
ISO Audit Leadership
Own and manage the ISO internal audit programme (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Plan, conduct and coordinate internal audits in line with ISO requirements.
Track audit findings and corrective actions to closure.
Lead preparation for external certification and surveillance audits.
Act as primary interface with certification bodies and external auditors.
Prepare HSE/IMS sections of tenders, PQQs and RFIs.
Maintain a tender evidence library (certificates, policies, KPIs, CVs, org charts, training records).
Ensure submissions are accurate, consistent and evidence-based.
3. Communication & Administration
Issue IMS and HSE communications, updates and guidance notes.
Maintain dashboards and trackers for audits, KPIs and certification renewals.
Support onboarding and staff awareness of IMS processes.
4. Stakeholder Interface
Act as the main point of contact for IMS and ISO audit matters with project teams and external parties.
Promote consistent ways of working across projects and the Dublin office.
Required Skills and Experience
Essential
Proven IMS ownership experience in construction, engineering, utilities or data centre environments.
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Experience leading or managing ISO internal audit programmes.
Experience preparing HSE/IMS content for tenders or client submissions.
Strong document control and evidence management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint/Teams.
Desirable
Internal auditor qualification (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
Experience in high-compliance environments (data centres, pharma, critical infrastructure).
Experience with IMS platforms (HammerTech, Intelex, Assure or similar)
