We are a general contractor delivering large-scale, mission‑critical data center projects across Finland. To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Busbar Manager to lead the planning, coordination, installation, and commissioning of busbar systems on complex data center projects.

This role is critical to ensuring the reliable and safe delivery of high‑capacity power distribution systems in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all busbar-related works on data center construction projects

• Coordinate busbar manufacturers, installers, electrical subcontractors, and site teams

• Review busbar system designs, shop drawings, and installation methods

• Plan and manage installation sequencing to align with overall project schedules

• Oversee installation of:

  • LV and MV busbar systems

  • Tap-off units and power distribution interfaces

  • Connections to transformers, switchgear, UPS, and PDUs

• Ensure installations comply with:

  • Project specifications and client requirements

  • Finnish electrical codes and safety regulations

  • Manufacturer installation guidelines

• Monitor quality, progress, and productivity on site

• Support testing, inspection, and commissioning of busbar systems

• Report status, risks, and interfaces to project management

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar

• 3–5+ years experience managing or supervising busbar installations, ideally in:

  • Data centers

  • Industrial facilities

  • Large commercial or infrastructure projects

• Strong understanding of high‑capacity electrical distribution systems

• Experience coordinating specialist suppliers and installers

• Ability to work in live construction environments with multiple stakeholders

• Fluent professional English required; Finnish is a strong advantage

• Valid right to work in Finland

Advantageous Experience

• Previous work on hyperscale or colocation data center projects

• Experience with phased handovers and live‑site installations

• Finnish safety certifications (e.g. Työturvallisuuskortti, Sähkötyöturvallisuuskortti)

• Familiarity with major busbar manufacturers and systems
