We are a leading general contractor specializing in data center construction projects. Our sites operate to strict regulatory and quality standards, and compliance is central in everything we do. We are now hiring a Compliance Officer for our project in Kouvola, Finland.

The Role

This is a hands-on, site-based role focused on ensuring day-to-day compliance with Finnish construction regulations, site requirements, and company procedures.

You will work closely with site management, the HSE function, subcontractors, and workers, ensuring that compliance is properly documented, monitored, and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Finnish construction regulations on site

• Maintain and manage compliance documentation and records

• Support site teams in meeting regulatory and company requirements

• Monitor site activities and identify compliance risks or gaps

• Conduct inspections and assist with audits

• Coordinate with subcontractors on compliance matters

• Ensure all required permits, documentation, and reporting are in order

• Promote a culture of compliance and accountability on site

• Experience in construction, site administration, and compliance roles

• Strong understanding of Finnish construction practices and regulations

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)

• Ability to work full-time on our construction site in Kouvola

• Relevant education or experience in construction, compliance, or similar
