CTS Group is currently recruiting an experienced Planner to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Finland.

The Role
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will support the development, monitoring and maintenance of project programmes throughout the project lifecycle, helping to ensure successful delivery against key milestones and client expectations.
This is a site-based role where you will work closely with project management, engineering and construction teams to monitor progress, update project schedules, identify programme risks and provide accurate reporting to support the successful delivery of the project.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
Minimum 1–5 years' experience in project planning within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments
Previous Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage
Basic understanding of project planning methodologies, construction sequencing and scheduling principles
Experience supporting the development and maintenance of project programmes
Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, with good Microsoft Office skills
Ability to monitor project progress and support programme reporting
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client representatives
Fluent English essential
Willingness to work on site in Finland
