Senior Planner (Data Centers)
CTS Group is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Planner to join our growing Dublin team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects worldwide.

The Role
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will play a key role in developing, managing and maintaining project programmes throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against key milestones and client expectations.
This is a site-based role where you will work closely with project management, commercial, engineering and construction teams to monitor progress, identify programme risks, support resource planning and provide accurate reporting that drives informed decision-making across the project.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
Minimum 5–10 years' experience in project planning within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments
Previous experience on large-scale Data Centre projects would be a distinct advantage
Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies, construction sequencing and critical path analysis
Experience developing, monitoring and updating detailed project programmes throughout all phases of delivery
Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience producing progress reports, programme updates and schedule recovery plans
Strong understanding of resource planning, earned value principles and project controls
Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client representatives
Fluent English essential
Willingness to work on a site-based project in Dublin.
