MEP Lead Estimator (Data Centers)
CTS Group is currently recruiting an experienced MEP Lead Estimator to join our growing team supporting hyperscale Data Center projects from our Dublin office.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Estimating, you will lead the preparation, coordination and delivery of accurate, competitive and commercially robust MEP estimates for major Data Center projects across Europe and beyond.
This is a collaborative role where you will work closely with bid management, commercial, engineering, procurement and operational teams to develop detailed cost estimates, evaluate project risks and opportunities, and support winning tender submissions from initial enquiry through to project handover.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
Minimum 7 years' experience in MEP estimating within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments
Previous experience estimating large-scale Data Center projects would be a distinct advantage
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems, construction methodologies and commercial principles
Experience preparing detailed cost estimates, take-offs, tender pricing and value engineering proposals
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and employer's requirements
Experience managing multiple tenders and working to tight submission deadlines
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify project risks and opportunities
Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
Fluent English essential
