Technical Responsibilities (Hard Skills)
Design and Development
Participate in the design process from feasibility studies through to construction documentation. Create detailed architectural layouts and plans for data centers and other industrial facilities. Develop landscape architectural concepts and designs, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and sustainability goals.
Collaboration with Engineering Teams
Work closely with architectural, structural, civil, and MEP engineers to ensure that all technical aspects are integrated into the design. Coordinate planning with authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits.
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare technical reports, material specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for the projects. Write and maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring proper records of design, approvals, and decisions.
Construction Support
Provide technical guidance during the construction phase, ensuring the landscape architectural design is executed correctly. Review and approve contractor work to ensure it meets design intent and quality standards.
Quality and Compliance Assurance
Ensure that all landscape architectural designs adhere to building regulations, industry standards, and sustainability objectives. Oversee the adherence to project goals, technical standards, and timelines.

Effectively communicate design concepts, progress, and technical specifications to internal and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors). Participate in design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear articulation of project goals and solutions.

Respect the team structure, methodology, and keep up with the working pace. Foster a collaborative work environment, actively contributing to team success while respecting others' perspectives. Provide technical expertise to colleagues and work cooperatively to solve design and technical challenges. Job Requirements
Education
Relevant degree in Architecture or related field.
Language
Local language depending on the region (spoken and written). Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Attributes
Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Capable of decision making under pressure yet delivering on time.
On-Site Experience
Considered an advantage.
Software Skills
Skilled in use of Autodesk tools (ACC, Revit, AutoCAD). Skilled in use of Microsoft tools.
International Experience
Considered a plus.
