Join Our Construction Team

We are looking for a hands-on and driven CSA Supervisor to oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural works on major data centre construction projects in Norway.

As a CSA Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, monitoring site activities, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong site supervision experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering complex projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise day-to-day CSA construction activities on site.

• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered in accordance with project schedules.

• Monitor productivity, workforce levels, and construction progress.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.

• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and proactively drive corrective actions.

• Support project planning and short-term programme delivery.

• Coordinate activities with MEP, logistics, commissioning, and quality teams.

• Assist with punch list management, snagging, and handover activities.

• Report progress, risks, and site issues to project management.

• Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or trade qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.

• Relevant site supervision certifications are advantageous.

Experience

• 3-5 years' experience supervising CSA works on construction projects.

• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.

• Previous experience on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods.

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality requirements on construction sites.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site reporting tools.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
