We are seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to lead and manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on our major data center project in Kouvola, Finland. This is a senior role for a construction professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and proven experience managing complex CSA packages.

Role Overview

The CSA Package Manager will oversee the full delivery of the CSA scope, from groundworks and structural frames to façades, internal partitions, doors, flooring, and finishes. You will ensure that all works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full CSA package delivery, including civil works, structural frames, facades, roofing, internal partitions, doors, flooring, and finishes
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and programme.
• Coordinate closely with design, procurement, commercial, and planning teams to align CSA delivery with the overall construction schedule.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and rework.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Review and manage RFIs, technical submittals, and design clarifications related to CSA scope.
• Liaise with MEP and other disciplines to manage interfaces and ensure smooth coordination of penetrations, ceiling systems, and shared spaces.
• Support commercial teams with progress validation, scope changes, and subcontractor valuations.
• Lead or participate in site coordination meetings, progress reviews, and quality inspections.
• Monitor and manage construction logistics and temporary works related to CSA activities.
• Deliver the CSA scope with a focus on constructability, safety, maintainability, and long-term performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years' experience managing CSA packages on large-scale construction projects; data center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methods, and interface management
• Proven experience managing subcontractors in fast-paced, high-performance environments
• Proficient in interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with construction software
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, snagging, and handover documentation
• Fluent in English; Finnish language skills are advantageous
