We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to oversee the delivery of all electrical systems on a major data center project in Kouvola, Finland. This role is pivotal to ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely installation and commissioning of electrical infrastructure.

Role Overview

The Electrical Package Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and critical electrical infrastructure. You will ensure installations meet project specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems comply with project specifications and standards
• Supervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and efficient delivery
• Conduct inspections to verify electrical installations meet safety, quality, and operational standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues during construction and commissioning phases
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years' experience managing electrical systems on large-scale construction projects; data center experience is advantageous
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
• Familiarity with local electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in project management tools, design software, and electrical modeling platforms; BIM experience is a plus
• Fluent in English; Finnish language skills are a plus
