To strengthen our multidisciplinary design team, we are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a central role in developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models across all design disciplines involved in the data center project. You will ensure model quality, maintain project standards, and facilitate seamless collaboration between architectural, structural, MEP, and contractor teams. Your work will help ensure that the design intent is fully aligned with construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Model Coordination & Collaboration

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (Architecture, Structure, MEP, specialist contractors) throughout the design phases.

• Lead regular model coordination meetings and track clashes, issue resolution, and model updates.

• Ensure alignment of models with overall project design and construction requirements.

Standards, Quality & Compliance

• Maintain and enforce BIM Execution Plan, project standards, naming conventions, and workflows.

• Conduct model quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Support the development and implementation of DfMA and prefabrication workflows where relevant.

Design & Technical Support

• Support designers and engineers in model creation, setup, and optimization.

• Manage file structures, worksets, templates, and shared coordinates.

• Review models for completeness and constructability to support site teams.

Coordination With Construction & Site Teams

• Work closely with project managers, construction managers, and site supervisors to ensure design information is accurate and buildable.

• Support the integration of BIM with scheduling (4D) and quantity extraction (5D) when required.

• Facilitate communication between design and construction, ensuring timely delivery of coordinated information.

Digital Delivery & Innovation

• Help drive continuous improvement in digital workflows.

• Support implementation of new BIM tools, automation scripts, and efficient design processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 3–7 years of BIM coordination experience, preferably in large‑scale industrial or mission‑critical projects (e.g., data centers, hospitals, semiconductor facilities).

• Strong proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related coordination tools.

• Solid understanding of multidisciplinary design processes

• Experience working with general contractors or design & build teams is strongly preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with IFC workflows, clash detection processes, and model validation.
