As a CSA Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising day‑to‑day civil, structural, and architectural works on a data center construction site. You will ensure that works are carried out safely, according to drawings, and in line with the project schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise CSA works on site, including concrete, steel, building envelope, and architectural finishes

• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements

• Track progress and report status to the CSA Lead / Project Manager

• Resolve site issues and coordinate with other disciplines (MEP)

• Participate in inspections, quality checks, and handovers

Requirements

• Experience supervising CSA works on large construction projects

• Background in civil, structural, or architectural construction

• Experience working on data center, industrial, or large commercial projects is an advantage

• Ability to interpret drawings and method statements

• Strong on-site leadership and communication skills

• Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
