We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Lead to oversee and coordinate all mechanical works on large-scale data center construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that mechanical systems are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all mechanical works on site (HVAC, cooling systems, pipework, etc.)

• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

• Ensure works are executed in accordance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Work closely with the Project Manager, Electrical Lead, and CSA team to ensure seamless delivery

• Monitor progress, cost, quality, and HSE compliance

• Support commissioning, testing, and handover of mechanical systems

• Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues proactively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Lead or similar role on large construction projects

• Strong background in mechanical systems, ideally within data centers, mission‑critical, industrial, or large commercial projects

• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to work on site and travel as required
