We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Manager to join our team in Kouvola, Finland, supporting a major data center construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven professional who enjoys leading site operations and ensuring high standards across Civil, Structural, and Architectural works.

Role Overview

As CSA Manager, you will take full responsibility for the CSA scope on site. You will lead site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

You will play a key role in driving progress, solving technical challenges, and ensuring smooth coordination between all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all CSA works on site

• Oversee groundworks, foundations, concrete structures, steel frames, facades, roofing, partitions, finishes, and external works

• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to drawings and specifications

• Coordinate daily activities with MEP, logistics, commissioning, and other site teams

• Manage CSA subcontractors and ensure quality, productivity, and performance standards

• Monitor progress and report updates, risks, and mitigation actions to senior management

• Review and approve permits to work, method statements, and risk assessments

• Conduct and lead QA/QC inspections, snagging, and quality control processes

• Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, daily logs, and as-built documentation

• Participate in coordination meetings, planning sessions, and toolbox talks

• Promote strong standards for safety, quality, and housekeeping on site

• Support engineering and design teams in resolving technical issues

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience in CSA works on large-scale construction projects

• Experience from data center or mission-critical projects is highly beneficial

• Previous experience in a senior supervisory or management role

• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents

• Experience managing multiple subcontractors across complex sites

• Familiarity with digital construction tools and reporting systems

• Fluent in English (Finnish is an advantage)

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Good problem-solving skills and a structured working approach

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality
