About the Role

We are looking for a proactive an organized Administrative Assistant to support our Design Manager on a large-scale data center construction project.

This is a key support role focused on ensuring that project reporting, documentation, and coordination tasks are handled efficiently as project demands increase.

You will work closely with the Design Manager, Document Controller, and BIM team to help maintain structure, accuracy, and timeliness in project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Design Manager with daily administrative and coordination tasks

• Maintain and update project trackers, logs, and reporting tools

• Assist with client reporting requirements

• Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups

• Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly filled

• Help track design deliverables and deadlines

• Support coordination between design, BIM, and site teams

• Assist with data handling and formatting, particularly in Excel

• Work within project platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Requirements

• Previous experience in administrative or project support role (construction/engineering environment is a plus)

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Comfortable working with large amounts of data, trackers, and reports

• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Experience with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) is an advantage

• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced construction environment
