QAQC Document Controller

The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Document Controller to manage, track, and control all quality-related documentation on a large-scale data center project. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance of all QA/QC records throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the QA/QC document control system in line with project and company standards
Control and track all quality documentation, including:
Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
Inspection reports and checklists
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
Method statements and procedures
Test and commissioning records
As-built documentation and handover files
Ensure proper document version control, numbering, and distribution
Maintain up-to-date registers for submittals, approvals, and quality records
Coordinate with QA/QC managers, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely submission and approval workflows
Prepare and compile handover/turnover documentation packages for client delivery
Support audits by ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and readily accessible
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific document control procedures
Assist in implementing and managing digital document control systems/platforms
Requirements
Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
3–7 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably within construction or MEP projects
Experience handling QA/QC documentation in large-scale projects (data center experience is a strong advantage)
Strong understanding of document control processes, workflows, and lifecycle management
Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar)
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to manage large volumes of documentation in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on mission-critical or data center projects
Familiarity with testing & commissioning documentation requirements
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001) and QA/QC processes
Experience with digital QA/QC or snagging platforms
