We are now looking for an experienced and hands-on Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Kouvola, Finland.

Your Role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of our electrical works on-site. You'll oversee daily electrical installations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that safety, quality, and schedule targets are consistently met.

Your responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day electrical installation activities and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage and direct electrical subcontractors, ensuring proper work sequencing, material availability, and access to work areas.
• Monitor daily progress, report updates to the Electrical Project manager, and identify potential risks or delays.
• Review installation quality, identify defects early, and coordinate with QA/QC teams for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with MEP, CSA, and commissioning teams to ensure structured handovers and system completion.
• Enforce electrical safety procedures, approve daily work permits and toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
• 5+ years of electrical supervision experience in large-scale construction projects
• Proven background with high- and low-voltage systems, switchgear, cable installation, containment, and terminations
• Prior experience in data center, industrial, or critical infrastructure projects is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, cable routing, grounding, and interface coordination
• Working knowledge of Finnish electrical standards and safety codes (SFS) is an advantage
• Valid Finnish electrical qualifications is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital field tools
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Finnish language skills are an asset
