We are looking for a motivated Junior Cost Controller to join our project finance team. This role is well suited for a recent graduate or someone at an early stage of their career who wants to build strong expertise in project finance within the construction industry.

You will support the day-to-day financial management of projects and work closely with the Commercial/Cost Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to cost control, financial processes, and project operations.

The position is based in the construction site office in Seinäjoki, and the start date would be in March / April 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and contractual terms

• Support daily project finance and cost control activities

• Assist with tracking project costs, commitments, and expenditures

• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Support reporting, forecasts, and basic financial analysis

• Work closely with project teams, procurement, and finance functions

• Ensure financial processes follow internal controls and procedures

Qualifications & Profile

• Suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

• Interest in project finance, cost control, and the construction industry

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Good Excel skills and willingness to learn financial systems

• Structured, reliable, and eager to develop professionally

• Fluent English and Finnish language skills required
