The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Handover CSA Engineer to support project completion and handover activities on a large-scale data center project. This role is responsible for ensuring that all CSA works are completed, inspected, documented, and handed over in line with project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the handover and completion process for all CSA scope across the project

• Coordinate systemization and turnover of CSA areas and assets

• Manage punch list / snagging activities, ensuring timely close-out of defects

• Conduct inspections and walkdowns to verify work completion and quality

• Ensure all CSA works meet design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements

• Compile and review handover documentation, including:

  • As-built drawings

  • Inspection records and test reports

  • Finishes schedules and compliance certificates

• Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure handover readiness

• Track completion status and support Mechanical Completion (MC) milestones

• Interface with client representatives during inspections and handover reviews

• Maintain accurate records within digital completion/turnover systems

• Support close-out of non-conformances (NCRs) and outstanding works

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in CSA engineering, QA/QC, or construction delivery

• Experience in handover, snagging, or project completion activities

• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural works on large-scale projects

• Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments is preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Strong attention to detail and documentation management skills

• Experience coordinating across multiple contractors and disciplines

• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on hyperscale data center projects

• Familiarity with systemization and phased handover approaches

• Experience using digital turnover tools

• Knowledge of QA/QC processes and inspection standards

• Exposure to fast-track construction environments
