Site Manager – Electrical & Special Packages

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of all electrical and specialist package works on construction projects. You will ensure safe, high-quality installation, coordination with vendors and subcontractors, and seamless integration with other disciplines to support commissioning and handover.

What You’ll Do

You will lead electrical and special package teams, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and enforce safety and quality standards. You will act as the main interface between the project, vendors, and commissioning teams, ensuring works are delivered on time and fully integrated with other project systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day electrical and specialist package construction activities

• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet schedule milestones

• Ensure works comply with IFC drawings, specifications, and approved methods

• Plan and sequence works to support phased energization and commissioning

• Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and documentation for all electrical and package works

• Support commissioning activities including FAT, SAT, integrated systems testing, and handover

• Enforce site HSE policies and ensure all teams comply with safety requirements

• Report progress, risks, and issues to project management and stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For

You have a degree or trade background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. You have proven experience managing electrical and specialist package delivery on large-scale, mission-critical projects, and you excel at coordination, leadership, and problem-solving in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical and specialist systems, including IT, security, and mechanical packages

• Experience with commissioning and integration of multi-disciplinary systems

• Proficiency in project management and construction coordination tools

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Package Manager on large-scale projects

• Background in data centers, high-tech facilities, or mission-critical construction

• Experience leading multiple subcontractors and vendor teams
