Cost Controller – Data Center Projects (CTS Group)
CTS Group is a fast-growing international design and build company, delivering cutting-edge data center solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). We are looking for a Cost Controller to monitor, analyze, and report on project financial performance. You will ensure accurate cost tracking, invoice validation, and support contract variations in a fast-paced, international construction environment.
What You’ll Do
You will track project costs, BOQs, and purchase orders, prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses, and support contract change management and supplier settlements. You will maintain accurate financial documentation and collaborate closely with project and finance teams to ensure budgets are followed and project financial goals are met.
Key responsibilities include:

Who We’re Looking For
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (or are a recent graduate) and have an interest in construction, design & build, or data center projects. You are highly organized, detail-focused, analytical, and proactive. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and you are fluent in English. Strong Excel and analytical skills, as well as an understanding of BOQs and cost control principles, are essential.
Qualifications & Skills:
