About Us

We are a leading design & build general contractor delivering large‑scale, mission‑critical data centers. As the GC for a major data center development, we manage the complete lifecycle—from design through handover. To strengthen our site delivery team, we are seeking three CSA Site Supervisors, each specializing in one of the following areas:

• Civil Works

• UGS (Underground Services)

• Fit‑Out / Architectural Finishes

These roles are crucial to driving safe, high‑quality, and efficient delivery on a complex project with strict technical and scheduling requirements.

Role Summary

As a CSA Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations for your specific discipline. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with design specifications, monitor safety and quality, and support the smooth progression of work in your area. You will be the on‑site technical and coordination point between design teams, subcontractors, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities (All Disciplines)

• Supervise site activities within your assigned discipline.

• Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and schedule.

• Enforce site safety rules and promote good construction practices.

• Monitor material deliveries, installation quality, and work progress.

• Conduct daily inspections, report issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Collaborate with the design team, document controller, BIM coordinator, and site management.

• Support progress reporting, risk identification, and mitigation planning.

• Ensure all work is executed to the highest technical standards and quality expectations.

Discipline‑Specific Responsibilities

1. Civil Works Supervisor

• Oversee earthworks, concrete, formwork, reinforcement, foundations, and external structures.

• Monitor compliance with geotechnical requirements and structural specifications.

• Coordinate heavy machinery operations and sequencing of civil packages.

• Manage drainage works, retaining structures, roadworks, and hard landscaping when applicable.

2. UGS (Underground Services) Supervisor

• Supervise installation of underground utilities: water, sewer, storm drainage, firefighting mains, electrical/ICT ducts, and manholes.

• Coordinate trenching, shoring, and utility routing based on IFC drawings and surveys.

• Verify depth, alignment, bedding, and jointing of underground services.

• Work closely with survey teams to ensure accuracy of as‑built information.

3. Fit‑Out / Architectural Supervisor

• Oversee internal architectural works such as partitions, ceilings, doors, finishes, raised floors, and technical rooms.

• Coordinate with MEP and commissioning teams to maintain sequence and avoid rework.

• Ensure architectural quality standards, fire‑stopping, access control interfaces, and clean‑build protocols.

• Manage inspections before area handovers and support snagging & de‑snagging processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of site supervision experience in construction (data centers, pharma, industrial, or similar fast‑paced environments preferred).

• Proven track record in one of the three specialties: civil works, UGS, or fit‑out.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, standards, and quality requirements.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to work in a demanding schedule-driven environment.

• Familiarity with digital tools (ACC/BIM 360, Procore, etc.) is an advantage.

• Strong commitment to HSE best practices.
